Full-length works and monographs published under the RITL imprint
A sustained argument in spiritual theology on the discipline of small fidelities tracing hidden holiness through Scripture, the mystics, and the grammar of an ordinary Christian life.
An opening chapter on memento mori and the Four Last Things, asking why a hope that quietly sets any of them aside is no longer the hope the Church actually proclaims.
Books gathers full-length works and monographs published under the RITL imprint from sustained spiritual and theological arguments to book-length works of Catholic letters.
Sustained arguments on holiness, prayer, and the formation of the Christian soul, developed at the length a full volume allows.
Full-length works engaging Scripture, doctrine, and the Church's intellectual tradition at monograph length.
Book-length essays and reflections in the tradition of Catholic letters, bringing faith and reason to bear on questions of conscience and culture.
Works engaging Scripture, philosophy, and theology together works that do not fit neatly into a single discipline but sustain a single argument across an entire volume.
Books is an editorial category of RITL. We accept proposals for full-length works and monographs on Catholic thought, life, and letters.
All submissions undergo a considered, formation-minded editorial review. Contributors are expected to write with clarity and honesty, and to submit only original work not currently under review elsewhere.
Manuscript proposals may be submitted on a rolling basis. Authors will receive acknowledgment within 10 business days and a review decision within 45–60 days of receipt. Accepted works will be published under the RITL imprint.
We welcome both completed manuscripts and proposals for works in progress. Writing that sustains a single serious argument across book length is especially encouraged.
Rolling submissions open. Considered, formation-minded editorial review.
